About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiatrist to join our team at Washington Regional Medical System. The ideal candidate will have expertise in conservative spine care and be able to provide exceptional outpatient services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care for patients with musculoskeletal and spine conditions
  • Conduct EMG evaluations and general rehab services
  • Collaborate with neurosurgeons, advanced practice providers, and physical therapists to deliver integrated care
Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive base salary of $250,000, plus an RVU incentive program that offers additional earning potential. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • No nights, weekends, or on-call hours
  • Paid time-off for CME hours and CME Reimbursement
  • A robust onboarding package with commencement bonus & relocation allowance
Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Completed Specialist or Fellowship Training in Interventional Spine or Pain Medicine (a plus)
  • General outpatient physiatry skills, including neuro and spine care
  • The ability to provide exceptional PM&R services to our patients
