Compassionate End-of-Life Care Specialist Opportunity in Northwest Arkansas

We are seeking a part-time End-of-Life Care Specialist to join our well-established hospice and palliative care team at Washington Regional Medical System in Fayetteville, AR. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and families.

About the Role:

  • Provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients in their homes or in our state-of-the-art hospice home
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions

  • Nationally competitive compensation: $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience

Requirements:

  • BC/BE in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
  • Completion of an accredited fellowship program in Hospice and Palliative Care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
