Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Mettler-Toledo Rainin. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of our equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and perform routine maintenance and repairs of facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Respond to and resolve maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and vendors as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Proven track record of maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid forklift certification and ability to obtain other necessary certifications.
