Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Control Coordinator III to oversee the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of products throughout the production cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and monitor products through the complete production cycle.
  • Manage and monitor materials, equipment availability, and problems in the production cycle.
  • Determine requirements for labor, material, equipment, and other resources for processes and production orders.
  • Improve the scheduling system to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve process flows and production control systems.
  • Work with other departments to plan complicated or expedited orders to meet customer needs.
  • Provide timely production status updates to management and other stakeholders.
  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine the most efficient schedule.
  • Support other Production Control Coordinators with lot tracking, scheduling, and generating purchase requisitions.

Requirements

  • Education: Associate's degree or higher, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • General Requirements:
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Exceptional planning, tracking, and organization skills.
    • Multi-tasking and coping skills for working in a high-pressure, quick-turn environment.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
    • Intermediate computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook) and Windows.
    • Ability to lead meetings and train small groups or individuals.
    • Safety-conscious, dependable, diligent, quick-learner, self-motivated.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Strong attention to detail with project management and organization skills.

Physical Requirements

Sitting, standing, walking, computer and/or phone use up to 8 hours per day. Ability to lift 20 lbs.
