Join our dynamic team at Headway Technologies as a Process Integration Specialist. In this position, you will be tasked with overseeing, maintaining, and supporting the manufacturing workflow. Your contributions will be vital in identifying and rectifying process discrepancies, launching new initiatives, conducting trials, and providing insights to the process team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in process enhancement initiatives based on Wafer Design Change Notifications
- Inspect products to verify compliance with wafer configuration standards
- Analyze sample wafers and perform experiments aimed at yield enhancement
- Interpret analytical defect data obtained from imaging tools
- Assist in manufacturing process oversight and suggest corrective measures
- Employ Statistical Process Control and various software tools for data evaluation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
- A minimum of three years in manufacturing or process engineering roles
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Expertise in SPC and Design of Experiments methodologies
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
Work Environment:
The Process Integration Specialist primarily operates in an office setting, may transition between different locations, and is required to wear protective equipment in the manufacturing area. There may be exposure to hazardous materials, chemicals, and elevated noise levels.
