Job Title: Events ManagerJob Summary

Merlin International, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Events Manager to lead the development and execution of high-profile events in the cybersecurity industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering world-class events that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute event strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and industry partners to ensure seamless event execution
  • Oversee event marketing and promotion efforts to drive attendance and engagement
  • Conduct post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and measure event success
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in event management, with a focus on large-scale integrated events
  • 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, with a strong understanding of industry events and trends
  • Proven track record of delivering events that meet or exceed business objectives
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
