Job Title: Director of FieldEdge Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of FieldEdge Operations to lead our team in standardizing and optimizing the use of FieldEdge across our Partnership of home services companies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving system improvements, ensuring consistent and effective usage of the platform, and enhancing operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a highly skilled team of FieldEdge specialists, managing relationships with dedicated FieldEdge support teams and ensuring seamless integration of FieldEdge during acquisitions.
  • Strategic Roadmap: Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for FieldEdge across LSP Partners, ensuring effective deployment and continuous improvement of the software.
  • Implementation: Manage integrations with FieldEdge and Sage, ensuring a smooth transition to our tools with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Operational Optimization: Analyze current Partner operations to identify opportunities for standardization, efficiency improvements, and cost savings through enhanced use of FieldEdge.
  • Reporting: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of FieldEdge in driving operational excellence, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Training and Support: Oversee training teams to ensure proper use of FieldEdge and lead FieldEdge Center of Excellence calls.
  • Project Management: Drive change management initiatives related to the adoption and optimization of FieldEdge.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations, IT, or implementation roles, with at least 3-5 years of experience specifically with FieldEdge.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale software implementations in a multi-location, multi-company environment.
  • Experience in the HVAC or broader home services industry is strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Training experience of end users.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in using FieldEdge, as well as strong general IT skills.
  • Role will require travel to portfolio company locations.
