Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct service checks and install instruments at client locations.
  • Deliver presentations and training sessions on our equipment.
  • Address inquiries from clients during site visits or remote communications.
  • Establish and nurture client relationships while identifying their needs.
  • Recognize and act on sales opportunities with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Assist the sales team with relevant tasks as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to current instrument policies and seek improvements.
  • Handle all customer information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Travel 80-90% of the time to client sites, with occasional overnight trips required.
  • Work in the office when not visiting clients.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Required).
  • 1+ years of customer-facing experience (Preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (Preferred).
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Skilled in building rapport with clients.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in effective questioning to uncover client needs.
  • Self-driven and proactive in task management.
  • Adaptable to various situations and challenges.
  • Willing to travel across different locations.
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. with potential for OPT and visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
Experience:
  • Cell culture (primary, cell lines, apheresis): 1 year (Preferred).
  • Flow cytometry and/or fluorescent microscopy: 1 year (Preferred).
