Allies for Every Child is dedicated to providing high-quality foster care services to children and families in need. As a Resource Parent Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our foster care program.

You will be responsible for evaluating the needs of each child, developing and updating NSPs, and coordinating services with DCFS case workers. You will also facilitate joining children with appropriate and RFA-approved resource families, supervise children in care, and conduct regular meetings with children and resource families.

We offer a competitive salary range of $66,560-$70,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, dental and vision coverage, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
