Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Facility Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing service strategies, and ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including client retention, expansion, and diversification of facility management services.
  • Formulate and manage an effective service strategy and schedule tailored to each client.
  • Negotiate and enter into agreements with clients for additional services, determining pricing, staffing, and logistics.
  • Manage all contractor relationships, including negotiating pricing and contract terms, managing agreements, and ensuring compliance.
  • Ensure a standard of excellence in quality and client satisfaction through detailed quality control inspections and follow-through on client promises.
  • Supervise and direct night managers, ensuring the client's strategy is executed and all services are performed correctly.
  • Ensure adequate staffing needs to service clients, promote the sale of, procure, and monitor supplies for clients.
  • Effectively communicate client issues with contractors and the Director of Operations, promptly addressing any client issues or problems that arise.
  • Schedule non-routine activities in client facilities, update and maintain Building Information Sheets, and ensure MSDS sheets are complete and accurate.
  • Notify sales executives of potential accounts in your territory, discuss quality control surveys with clients, and communicate client survey responses to the Director of Operations and contractors.
  • Develop and implement a plan to resolve client complaints or deficiencies in service, actively monitoring compliance.
