Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at ReNew Wound Care.

Job Summary

As a Nurse Practitioner with ReNew Wound Care, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of patient wounds, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing advanced wound care techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and treat patient wounds, including chronic and acute wounds
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and provide updates on patient progress
  • Manage a travel schedule to visit multiple skilled nursing facilities

Requirements

  • Valid NP License – Board Certified
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in advanced wound care
  • Certification in wound care (e.g., CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) is a plus
  • Ability to travel to multiple locations
