Job Purpose:

Our ideal candidate will provide residents with personalized nursing care, implement evidence-based practices, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery. You'll also be responsible for reporting pertinent information to your supervisor and assisting with department operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Implement specific procedures and programs to improve resident outcomes
  • Coordinate work within the department and with other departments to ensure effective care delivery
  • Report pertinent information to your supervisor and respond to inquiries or requests for information
  • Assist your supervisor with tasks to support department operations
Requirements:
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the states included in our service area
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • 2 years of current experience in long-term care, preferred
  • CPR certification required
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to assume a flexible work schedule
