**Position: Supply Chain Analyst I (On-site)**

**Salary Range: $54,600 - $82,000**

Compensation is influenced by various factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. The final offer may differ based on the candidate's unique qualifications.

This role is essential in promoting supply chain excellence, focusing on inventory management at the warehouse and other locations. Responsibilities include analyzing the flow of goods through the supply chain, monitoring existing processes, identifying gaps, and proposing improvements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address discrepancies.

2. Manage inventory levels by coordinating physical counts in accordance with established policies and procedures; reconcile with the supply chain management system.

3. Execute transactions in Microsoft D365 to maintain inventory accuracy, including posting product receipts and approving cycle count work.

4. Validate invoices and confirm deliveries.

5. Oversee the on-site vending program.

6. Create and manage new parts in Microsoft D365.

7. Collect and analyze relevant data (costs, productivity, demand patterns, etc.) using database management and spreadsheet analysis to enhance cash flows, inventory turnover, and employee productivity.

8. Identify and analyze issues, determine root causes, and develop solutions to enhance processes and mitigate risks.

9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

**Education & Experience:** An associate's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is required. One year of relevant experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience in process improvement is preferred. Knowledge of utility and union organizations is advantageous.

**Skills:**

- Knowledge of best practices in supply chain management

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Familiarity with logistics and production planning concepts

- Ability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels

- Exceptional attention to detail

- Proficiency in supply chain software, spreadsheets, and database management

- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Effective verbal and written communication skills

- Competence in documentation, record-keeping, and the ability to organize and interpret large volumes of information within deadlines

- Understanding of accounting principles and basic financial analysis

**Licenses and Certifications:** Valid Driver's License
