We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technician II Lead to join our team at our 445+ bed acute care hospital in central Houston.
About the Role:- Lead a team of radiology technicians in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring efficient department operations.
- Supervise scheduling, coordinate workloads, and assign personnel to meet daily work requirements.
- Perform exams as indicated by policy and procedures, and make recommendations for changes in protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Act as a resource to staff, directing them to complete work assignments and promoting teamwork.
- Assume interim management responsibilities in the absence of the Clinical Manager and/or Director.
Our radiology department is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and staffed by experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
- Perform a variety of tasks involved in operating x-ray equipment to make radiographs of designated body portions.
- Adjust equipment for proper radiographic exposure techniques in accordance with radiation safety guidelines.

- We have 24/7 emergency services and two intensive care units: surgical intensive care unit (SICU) and medical intensive care unit (MICU).
- We are an accredited Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP) Center and an accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI.
