Key Responsibilities- Delegate assignments to staff and provide clear directions to ensure assigned tasks are completed.
- Perform consistent periodic quality review of diagnostic images and work with staff to improve technical skills.
- Collect and review data to inform departmental decisions.
- Participate in the interview process and contribute to the development of new team members.
- Participate in departmental environmental and educational rounds to stay up-to-date on best practices.
- Obtain high-quality diagnostic images to support accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiography.
- ARRT (R) certification.
- Texas Medical Board licensure.
- American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS certification.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technician.
