About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Technician II Lead to join our team at Texas Orthopedic Hospital. As a key member of our imaging department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality patient care and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate assignments to staff and provide clear directions to ensure assigned tasks are completed.
  • Perform consistent periodic quality review of diagnostic images and work with staff to improve technical skills.
  • Collect and review data to inform departmental decisions.
  • Participate in the interview process and contribute to the development of new team members.
  • Participate in departmental environmental and educational rounds to stay up-to-date on best practices.
  • Obtain high-quality diagnostic images to support accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiography.
  • ARRT (R) certification.
  • Texas Medical Board licensure.
  • American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technician.
