We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Legal Counsel to join our team at Jellyfish, a leading digital marketing services company.
As a key member of our Global Legal and Compliance function, you will work closely with our General Counsel and the rest of the legal team to provide expert advice on commercial legal matters.
Responsibilities:
* Negotiate and draft commercial contracts, including digital marketing MSAs, advertising, agency, influencer marketing, talent, adtech, vendor, and real estate agreements.
* Lead contract negotiations with client's counsel.
* Advise on a variety of commercial legal matters and provide legal support requirements.
* Increase efficiency in contracting processes by creating and updating templates, guides, and training materials.
* Stay up-to-date on legal and regulatory updates, including data protection, marketing, and advertising laws.
* Provide legal advice and guidance on both contentious and non-contentious business affairs.
* Collaborate with our human resources and finance teams to draft related internal policies and agreements.
