  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations, Compliance team, and other stakeholders to develop and implement standard operating procedures
  • Conduct regular onsite audits to ensure compliance with program documents, financing restrictions, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide technical assistance on complex compliance issues and ensure accurate and timely results
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of relevant industry experience
  • Successful leadership and motivation of direct reports
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize
  • Knowledge of current application of compliance programs, rules, and regulations
