Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and document HR processes to ensure seamless employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR inquiries, EEO-related claims, and accommodation requests, providing empathetic and professional support to employees and management.
  • Develop and manage employee communication strategies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Participate in the planning, rollout, and delivery of periodic training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Implement and enforce document management practices to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain open and regular communication with HQ staff to ensure effective collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English at a professional level.
  • A empathetic and approachable style that fosters a sense of trust and confidence among employees and management.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HR or a related field, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Sensitivity to confidentiality and the ability to maintain discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Resourcefulness and adaptability, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in business software applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with knowledge of ADP Workforce Now a plus.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HR or a related field.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is competitive and based on experience, with a range of $65,000 to $80,000 per year.
