As a Program Supervisor at Kyo, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our clients and contributing to the growth of our dynamic team. We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $56,000 - $65,000 annual compensation, based on experience and location.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one instruction to clients using ABA techniques, as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), in home, school, and community settings.
  • Assist clients in acquiring essential life skills, such as toilet training, eating, and other self-help skills.
  • Utilize company-provided iPad technology for data collection and progress reporting.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and their parents or caregivers.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or state-specific ABA licensure.
  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities using behavior analysis principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to pass DOJ and FBI background checks and TB tests.
