Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at Oak Knoll Healthcare Center. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents and overseeing the clinical management of our nursing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to our nursing team, ensuring high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility policies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
  • Current and active RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of three years recent clinical experience in Medical-Surgical, Gerontological, or Rehabilitative Nursing.
  • Prior MDS Management experience preferred.
