Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team at Whittier Health Network. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, leading a team of nursing professionals, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to a team of nursing professionals
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse school of nursing
  • Current and active RN license in the state of Massachusetts
  • Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support
  • Minimum of three (3) years recent clinical experience preferably in Medical-Surgical, Gerontological or Rehabilitative Nursing
