The Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who embodies a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha.
The Front Desk Receptionist will report to the Front Desk Management team and is tasked with providing seamless registration and cashiering services for our guests. This role requires adept handling of various guest requests, inquiries, and concerns, ensuring thorough follow-up on all matters.
We are in search of an enthusiastic, experienced customer service professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of multitasking, and possessing a genuine passion for service and hospitality. Candidates should be team-oriented, comfortable with computer systems, and open to taking on various assignments to foster teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate seamless registration and cashiering services for guests.
- Maintain complete and accurate guest folios.
- Assist with reservations and concierge services as needed to ensure a flawless guest experience.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Prior customer service experience with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- A strong passion for service.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are crucial.
- Legal work authorization in the United States is required.
The hourly wage for this position is $31.14 USD.
