Job Title: Biomedical Equipment Technician

At KBR, we are seeking a highly skilled Biomedical Equipment Technician to join our team. As a Biomedical Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for installing, conducting electrical safety checks, performing routine maintenance, running performance tests, and completing both major and minor repairs on medical equipment in designated areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, test, and maintain medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct electrical safety checks and perform routine maintenance on medical equipment.
  • Run performance tests and complete both major and minor repairs on medical equipment.
  • Operate advanced testing equipment and instruments for inspections, performance evaluations, and scheduled maintenance or repairs of medical devices.
  • Review and compile data gathered from tests into reports.
Requirements:
  • High school degree or associate degree in Electronics Technology or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in biomedical equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with a current U.S. Driver's License.
  • Must possess passport book with at least 13 months of remaining validity and 6 blank visa/stamp pages remaining.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
