FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $28.26 - $42.39 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:
Maintains assigned medical equipment and support systems.

Responsibilities:
Responds to support requests. Interviews customer to determine nature and scope of the customer's issue, and the appropriate response.

Diagnoses, resolves and closes medical equipment issues according to service level guidelines. Promptly escalates issues to higher level technical support or management when necessary.

Performs routine safety checks, calibrations, and preventative maintenance on medical equipment and support systems.

Demonstrates understanding of customer service policies and procedures, continuously develops depth and breadth of technical competencies.

Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

  • High School degree or GED. Preferred: completion of biomedical equipment maintenance program or related training.
  • 2 years of relevant experience.
