Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with senior management on human resources matters, including staffing, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and initiatives.
  • Coordinate HR specialty services, such as recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
  • Investigate and resolve contractual disputes and grievances.
  • Contribute to short- and long-range planning for business units.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as HR Generalist or 3-5 years' experience in specialty area.
  • Demonstrated customer service and collaboration skills.
  • Labor relations knowledge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
