Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer requests for broken parts, including checking pricing, inventory, and location of the part needed
  • Work within our ERP system and Salesforce to manage orders and customer information
  • Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers
  • Enter orders into the system and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on part delivery dates

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience in order entry, logistics, or a related field
  • 1-5 years of customer service experience
  • Background in parts ordering in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Ability to read and understand drawings and schematics
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
