Job Title: SUDP Counselor

Job Summary:

Holman Recovery Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SUDP Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide direct counseling services to patients in our residential setting, utilizing a holistic approach and evidence-based practices to support long-term recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide program orientation, individual counseling, group therapy, assessments, evaluations, and intakes to patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ASAM criteria
  • Coordinate and cooperate with staff and other agencies to expedite treatment and continuum of care
  • Maintain accurate and current records on each patient
  • Prepare progress reports and provide them to courts, probation departments, families, and referral sources as needed

Requirements:

  • Washington State Department of Health certification as a Substance Use Disorder Professional or Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee
  • AA degree in substance use disorder studies or related human service field, with BA preferred
  • At least one year of experience as a SUDP or SUDPT, with strong preference for experience in a residential setting
