Job Summary

Holman Recovery Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Substance Use Disorder Professional to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing direct counseling services to patients in our residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group counseling sessions to patients, focusing on substance use disorder treatment and recovery.
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on ASAM criteria.
  • Collaborate with other staff members and external agencies to ensure seamless treatment and continuum of care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to ASAM and facility procedures.
  • Prepare progress reports and provide them to courts, probation departments, families, and referral sources as needed.
Requirements
  • Washington State Department of Health certification as a Substance Use Disorder Professional or Substance Use Disorder Professional Trainee.
  • AA degree in substance use disorder studies or related human services, with a BA preferred.
  • At least one year of experience as a SUDP or SUDPT, with strong preference for candidates with more experience.
