Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at TRYP by Wyndham Pittsburgh/Lawrenceville. As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage guest room assignments and ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handle room key distribution, and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet our high standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
  • Strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
  • High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent
