**About the Role**

We are seeking a Signal Integrity Manager to lead our team of engineers specializing in signal integrity and EMC simulations. As a key member of our ECU Electrical team, you will oversee SI and EMC simulation workflows, including modeling, analysis, and validation of high-speed designs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years of experience in signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility simulations for high-speed systems, as well as 5 years of leadership or managerial experience overseeing technical teams in SI, EMC, or related fields, is required.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize design processes and address potential signal integrity challenges early in development. Familiarity with global EMC standards and regulations, including FCC, CISPR, ISO, and related certification processes, is necessary. We offer a competitive salary of **$150,000 - $200,000 per year**, plus benefits, including paid time off, healthcare, and retirement plans.
