High-Speed Signal Integrity Specialist

Micorosft Corporation is hiring a High-Speed Signal Integrity Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and conducting comprehensive signal integrity assessments for various high-speed channels, including LPDDR, PCIe, DisplayPort, Thunderbolt, USB, MIPI, and other SERDES standards.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in signal integrity and power integrity design, as well as a deep understanding of electromagnetics and strong electrical engineering fundamentals. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well with cross-function teams.
The salary range for this role is estimated at USD $160,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on location. Benefits and additional compensation may be available.
In this role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to analyze failures in high-speed interfaces and devise solutions to improve design quality and dependability. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant export control regulations.
