Silicon Hardware Development Manager for Advanced Technologies

We are seeking an exceptional leader with a proven track record in integrated circuit qualification, data review, production release, System Level Testing, test time reduction, and yield improvement. The ideal candidate will possess experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving technology development with vendors or suppliers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying comprehensive test solutions using Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) for high-volume manufacturing at Floating Action Button (FABs), extended workforce Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSATs), etc. They will integrate SoC technologies into devices, facilitate ATE manufacturing testing of SoCs, validate performance, and screen out devices. Additionally, they will own all aspects of testing, work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal test coverage in production, and guarantee high-quality SoCs.

This role requires a deep understanding of Integrated Circuit (IC) flows, wafer processing, testing, qualification, and failure analysis. The candidate will work with various groups to develop digital and mixed-signal tests, automation methodologies, internal tools for test program generation, vector tracking, test program release, and more. They will also focus on releasing cost-effective production test solutions into mass production, combining the best of Google AI, Software, and Hardware to create radically helpful experiences.

A competitive salary range is offered, estimated at $175,000-$250,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. This figure reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
