About the Job:

This role involves designing, implementing, and leading research projects to develop novel digital biomarkers and applications for neurological conditions. You'll collaborate with industry partners, academic leaders, and internal stakeholders to drive innovation and impact. Key responsibilities include designing and executing research projects, applying machine learning and signal processing techniques, and contributing to the development of data analysis pipelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement research projects to advance biosensing earbud technology
  • Apply machine learning and signal processing to analyze biosignals
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate research findings into prototypes and products
  • Contribute to the development of data analysis pipelines for large-scale physiological signals
  • Communicate research findings and results through publications and presentations

Qualifications:

  • Masters in computational neuroscience, systems neuroscience, bioengineering, bioinformatics, computer science, or related fields/experience
  • Strong Python programming skills and experience with machine learning libraries
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms (GCP preferred)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Prior experience in neurotechnology development and publishing research papers

Salary Estimate: $190,000 - $230,000 per year
