This role is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to drive revenue, growth, and brand awareness for ORLY International.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of current and emerging social media platforms, as well as a passion for creating engaging content and growing communities.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing social media strategies, overseeing day-to-day campaign management, and creating actionable plans to grow and maintain followers.
The successful candidate will also possess videography and editing skills, understand brand aesthetics, and be able to translate them into digital storytelling.
Additionally, they will be responsible for tracking and reporting on platform activities, working closely with the customer service/operations team, and staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends.
Qualifications include at least 6 years' experience in a social media environment, a deep understanding of current and emerging social media platforms, and a proven history of growing communities and engagement.
The ideal candidate will be results-focused, analytical, and able to work in a fast-moving environment.
They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a good understanding of Millennial and Gen Z generations and what drives and engages them.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is also a plus.
