Job Description

Bloom Ads Global Media Group is seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Specialist to join our team. As a Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for the successful execution of paid social campaigns from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own paid social campaigns end-to-end across all assigned accounts, inclusive of creative processes, targeting and segmentation, campaign planning & set-up, execution, optimization and reporting.
  • QA spec sheets to ensure accuracy.
  • Confirm that the team has received all relevant creative assets from the client/creative team when expected.
  • Monitor the accuracy of creative assets, ensuring that the team has followed all the requirements and high-quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve or scale performance, continuously optimizing campaigns to meet and exceed short-term and long-term goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and report relevant data/KPIs to the Supervisor.
  • Monitor budget pacing across campaigns and lead budget reallocations.
  • Work with influencers/UGC creators to deliver creative organic & paid social campaigns.
  • Work with internal and external partners to develop social marketing programs.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures.
  • Stay updated with all of the latest innovations within our industry and communicate them to the rest of the team.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, culture and applications and apply that knowledge to increasing engagement and best practices on our social media channels.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of & proficiency in social platforms (i.e. Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, & YouTube).
  • Hands-on experience working in social media, content and editorial planning with a deep understanding of the social ecosystem and how brands should participate in an authentic way.
  • Experience in setting up, optimizing, and scaling paid social campaigns. Understanding of both brand and acquisition strategies and experience running awareness and direct response campaigns.
  • High creative bar and attention to detail.
  • Track record of driving adoption of ideas, concepts, and pioneering approaches.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and planning skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills, with a test & learn mentality.
  • Experience working with content creators/influencers is a plus.
  • Intermediate-level graphics design abilities are a plus
  • Experience using a content management system preferred.
  • Experience working on multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation Range: $47,500 to $60,000 annually (Depending on Experience)
