The Store Consultant is committed to delivering outstanding customer service by accurately assessing customer requirements, providing effective solutions, and suggesting alternatives in areas such as printing, signage, and shipping services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Collaboration
- Works in partnership with colleagues and adheres to supervisor guidance
- Participates in the training of new team members
- Employs a consultative approach to meet customer needs
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of printing, signage, and shipping offerings
- Efficiently resolves customer inquiries and issues
- Processes customer orders with accurate pricing
- Prepares shipments and operates printing machinery
- Maintains a safe and orderly store environment
- Ensures confidentiality and proper management of customer information
- Handles financial transactions and maintains operational equipment
- Stays informed about merchandising materials
- Aims to minimize errors and waste
- Adheres to established operating procedures
- Effectively manages multiple tasks at once
- Continuously seeks to improve knowledge and skills
- Operates with minimal supervision
- Follows company standards diligently
- Performs any additional duties as required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months of relevant experience
- Excellent communication abilities
- Stands throughout the shift, capable of moving and lifting items up to 55 pounds
- Communicates effectively while working under pressure
- Maintains focus for extended periods
- Works independently and adheres to designated business hours
