Transforming Audit Quality and Investor Protection

The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting investors and promoting audit quality. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Benefits and Well-Being to join our Office of Human Resources (OHR) team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive benefits and well-being strategy that aligns with the organization's overall total rewards strategy.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of health, welfare, and well-being programs, including relationships with benefit providers and third-party administrators.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to establish benefit and well-being plans, procedures, and programs that strengthen the overall employee experience.
  • Oversee the management of benefits and well-being data, including establishing metrics, data visualization tools, and analytics that inform important business decisions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of compliance reviews for all benefit plans and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, in human resources management, business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of human resources experience with considerable experience and expertise in strategically managing benefits and well-being programs.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement technical solutions in supporting organization-wide transformation efforts for improving the employee experience through the delivery of health, welfare, and well-being programs.
  • Deep working knowledge of industry trends related to 401(k), and other nationally based employee benefit and well-being programs.
  • Strong relationship management, organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
