We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our team of personal trainers in Washington DC. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in fitness, business, and customer service.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for those who are passionate about fitness and want to take their career to the next level. As a personal trainer at Equinox, you will work closely with clients to understand their fitness goals and create customized programs to help them achieve success.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through personalized training sessions and regular check-ins
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and techniques to provide clients with the best possible experience
- Work collaboratively with other trainers and staff members to ensure seamless client experiences
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and adjust training plans accordingly
To be considered for this role, you must have a passion for fitness and a desire to continually learn and grow. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We OfferIn return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $39.50-$70 per session, or $17.50 per hour for non-session work, as well as opportunities for bonuses and commissions.
