Job DescriptionWe are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Personal Trainers to join our team in Washington DC. As a Personal Trainer at Equinox, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional training experiences to our members, helping them achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver personalized training programs for members
- Conduct fitness assessments and progress tracking
- Maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress
- Communicate effectively with members and management to ensure seamless operations
- Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Compensation for time spent in internal education to support your growth as a Personal Trainer and professional
