About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our team at Planet Fitness - Lev Management. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fitness facility, ensuring a positive member experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Experience: Ensure every member feels welcome and valued, with a personalized approach to customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and supportive team culture, encouraging staff members to grow professionally and personally.
  • Operations Efficiency: Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive membership sales and revenue growth.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with staff members, members, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior management experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on customer service and team development.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Certifications: CPR/AED certification required.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
