We are seeking highly motivated and passionate Personal Trainers to join our team at Equinox in Washington DC. As an Equinox Personal Trainer, your career will be empowered by opportunities for growth, development, and limitless earning potential.
About the Role:
- Develop and refine your approach to programming, education, business, and financial planning.
- Build and maintain an active client base through exceptional service and personalized programs.
- Market and sell personal training programs to members and clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary services for members.
- Enhance member experiences through personalized coaching and exceptional customer service.
- Create and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients.
- Maintain an organized and safe fitness floor during shifts and sessions.
Professional Development:
- Pursue Continuing Education classes to elevate knowledge and qualify for promotions.
- Participate in required one-on-one or team meetings with management.
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation plan with an estimated salary range of $39.50-$70 per session or $17.50 per hour (non-session work).
