Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in executing our marketing and advertising initiatives, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing. Your primary focus will be on implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and contributing to increasing our brand presence and lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage the execution of marketing campaigns to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing efforts across all channels.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various channels.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on comprehensive campaign management.
- Strong collaboration and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
