Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute online marketing strategies to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends to inform content creation.
  • Create and curate high-quality content, including images, videos, and copy, to engage target audiences.
  • Negotiate and execute contracts for paid promotions with influencers and third-party vendors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers to ensure timely execution of talent deliverables and track ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in social media platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  • Organize and execute internal marketing efforts across F&B outlets.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to bring more traffic to hotels and food outlets.
  • Create digital images, content, and copy for all hotel departments.
  • Hold monthly meetings to review the impacts of marketing and SEO across multiple hotels.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, ROI, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
  • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Multitasking and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and photography).
