Job Title: Territory Sales Representative I

Hygiena LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative I to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize sales resources to accelerate profitable sales and meet sales targets
  • Develop and execute a business growth plan in partnership with the Technical Support Specialist
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings to adjust sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and non-customers in the territory
  • Utilize CRM software to manage the assigned territory and track sales performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or life sciences
  • Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience, including sales in the food and beverage market and/or health care market
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in contract negotiation and able to use discretion and independent judgment
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Fluency in Catalan, Spanish, and English
