Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with sales drivers, store managers, and key customer decision makers to drive sales growth and maximize profitability.
- Customer Service: Ensure high-quality customer service to various customer accounts, including major retail chain District Managers, store key management personnel, and other stakeholders.
- Lead Generation and Management: Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Route Management: Plan and execute routes to ensure efficient delivery of products to customers, while minimizing costs and maximizing productivity.
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels, manage stock levels, and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety measures, including wearing personal protective equipment, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience: 1+ years' experience in retail or field-based sales role.
- Skills: Effective communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and display a professional demeanor representing clients.
- Language: Bilingual Spanish preferred.
