Ruhrpumpen, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Northeast region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and profitably growing our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute individual business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to major EPCs and HQ accounts in the territory.
- Maintain active communications with in-house personnel and buying influences to understand and define individual customer needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Responsible for territory/customer forecast, budgets, and cost control via company-approved systems, methods, and policies.
- Negotiate orders and manage customer/territory communications and interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles, selling pump products and services in the West Coast Region.
- Availability and willingness to travel to customer locations up to 50% of the time.
- Commercial experience within the O&G and other industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute individual business plans.
