We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team at Insight Global. As a Compensation Analyst, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day management of our compensation programs to ensure internal equity and competitiveness with the external market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze compensation data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and external market trends.
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compensation programs.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management and employees on compensation-related matters.

Requirements:

  • Previous executive compensation experience and Total Compensation (TCC) experience.
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets, pivot tables, data analysis, surveys, base/bonus/other programs.
  • Experience with job analysis and determining appropriate salary and compensation.
  • Experience analyzing and making salary adjustment recommendations for reclassifications, temporary additional duties, or interim appointments, market adjustments, etc.
  • Experience with salary surveys by accurately benchmarking jobs, gathering data, and submitting surveys to providers within deadlines.
  • Experience preparing ad hoc compensation data requests and reporting.
  • Experience working with large numbers of employees varying in job titles/experience/etc.
  • Experience with compa ratios in Excel.
  • Experience with complex organization design/divisions to provide compensation analysis at various levels.
  • Experience with compliance.
