Job Title: Center Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Director to join our team at the Endoscopy Center of Washington, D.C. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our center, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage operational activities to ensure effective and efficient management of daily operations
  • Collaborate with Medical Directors, Board Members, Director of Operations, and Clinical Director to achieve center goals
  • Direct supervision of nursing and patient care staff
  • Oversee medical staff and allied health credentialing and human resources
  • Lead the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Committee (QAPI) to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage services provided by contracted vendors
  • Develop, interpret, and implement policies, procedures, regulations, programs, and recommended practices to meet requirements of regulatory and accrediting organizations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited College/University (Master's Degree preferred)
  • At least one (1) year of healthcare management experience
  • At least one (1) year experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center
  • RN License in Washington D.C.
  • CPR certification and ACLS certification
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
