About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team at LewisGale Medical Center. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all established nuclear medicine procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
  • Conduct required calibration and quality checks, noting results in appropriate logs, while practicing radiation safety and observing universal precautions at all times.
  • Manipulate raw data and review studies for correct positioning and overall quality.
  • Participate in on-call duties and/or work variable shifts to meet department needs.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an Accredited School of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
  • Certification by CNMT or ARRT in Nuclear Medicine licensure.
  • Ability to perform Nuclear Medicine procedures following accepted standards and protocols.
