Your Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the marketing team at Modern Adventure, enhancing the growth and effectiveness of our marketing initiatives with renowned chefs, designers, writers, and brands—collectively referred to as the "Tastemakers" who elevate our travel experiences.
  • Develop compelling trip descriptions and oversee the creation of product description pages on our website.
  • Generate the majority of written creative content for the marketing department.
  • Maintain and promote the brand's voice across all platforms.
  • Drive marketing results through effective SEO strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to lead marketing meetings, manage the marketing calendar, and engage in various projects.
  • Communicate marketing performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) both internally and externally.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements in marketing efficiency and productivity.
  • Balance strategic planning with tactical execution, demonstrating the ability to operate effectively in both realms.
  • Deliver high-quality work while fostering a positive team environment.

Your Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a content marketing position.
  • Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, with a strong understanding of brand voice.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Familiarity with product marketing principles.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Looker dashboards.
  • Technical proficiency in project management software, including Sheets and Jira; knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Strong process-oriented thinking and systems development skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to think from a brand perspective.
  • Excellent communication skills across the organization.
  • Capacity to thrive in a collaborative environment while managing multiple projects and priorities.
